Traction control issues

Hey, so I just recently put on an aftermarket steering wheel that doesn’t have the controls of my old one (horn, airbags, etc.) and now when I drive it and I’m breaking, my breaks with grip in and out rapidly, and cause my wheels to do a fast choppy brake, im completely lost on what to do with it and it’s my daily, i kinda need this fixed asap. The traction control lights come on while it does this too and they’ll come on every so often even when I’m just going in a strait line and I’m not turning at all.
