Do we have any vendors that do all the dirty work for retrofitting headlights? I would love to have this service, considering I've always been scared of opening and sealing the headlights. I feel as if I do it, they'd always have moisture and I'd just hate myself afterwards haha.

Can we get someone on here that retrofits to become a vendor!!?!?! I would love to be able to send my headlights to them and let them go to work! Demon eyes, a kit from retrofitsource, black housing, the works.

I'm assuming you don't have the SSS package like me. I just waited for projectors to go on sale. I got me a mint set for $700 and did the blackout myself. it's not very hard to do just a little.time consuming.

Got a base model x. Womp womp womp. Oh well, still loving the car haha. But yeah $700 for a pair of oem headlights just isnt clicking in my head. I'd rather pay 3-400 for a retrofit kit. Just scared to do it myself considering this would be my only set of headlights and I wouldn't want to mess them up.

^^ make sure you boys use the E46-R "Extended" shroud. It's the best shroud that will fill up the void space around the low beam reflector. The only shroud that TRS sell that will give the best "OEM" look with the least to no amount of work to fit.

Also consider using the FX-R BiXenon projector. The output is not as wide as say S2K but still pretty wide. Using an FX-R will give you:
* Twin low beam &
* Quad high beam
Setup, if you're prepared to wire it up that way (I can guide you).. it'll be FX-R high beam + OEM high beam..

cool thanks for the additional info, umm theres a few options on shrouds. but yes e46 shrouds are commonly used because of the spacing. BTW, im still having some wiring/circuit issues on my low beams. its shut.
