VLAND HID - Intermittent HID bulbs not turning ON

Hello there. It's my first post here. Glad to have joined the community! I'm looking for some help with a problem I am having with my HID headlights. I've searched the forum and did not quite find the answers I was looking for. So here goes. Thanks in advance! <3

My setup is a 2014 Lancer GT 2.4L with VLAND aftermarket headlights. The HID kit is the one shown in the picture below. The problem is that when I start the car one of the HID bulbs will not turn ON. Sometimes it's the right one, sometimes the left one that stays OFF. Whenever that happens, I usually pop the hood, unplug/re-plug the connector on the side of the bulb that stayed OFF and it often works to turn it back ON. I think a few times turning the car OFF and ON again fixed the issue. But anyways. Since I'm not sure what I need to do to resolve this, I ordered a replacement HID kit (the same) in case it's faulty hardware. Also, I just received a Tactrix Openport module in case the fix is to disable the DRL in the car's settings because of low power issues. Does anyone know what could be causing this and/or know what would be the solution? Thanks again gang!

Suppose I could next time if my kit is faulty. I was under the impression Hylux was a safe bet.
