No point in going with a stock frame turbo imo. I would switch to a twinscroll T4 or maybe a V-band inlet. You have a bigger variety of turbos available. Seeing as you have a built block I would go bigger. Maybe an EFR 8474, 9274. Garrett also makes the G35 series of turbos which will probably suit the 4B11 well.

If that is too expensive you can get the Pulsar G35 which is basically a chinese clone of the Garrett but with an inconel turbine wheel rather than Mar-M. They are really popular in the 2JZ community because they are 3x cheaper than a real Garrett with almost identical performance.

For fastest spool though, maybe try the EFR 7163/7670 and MAYBE the new 8370. I know someone that used the 8370 on their supra and it was a pretty responsive turbo. Obviously a 2J is different but it seems like it might work well on the 4B11.
