I have mine on order it will be here early next week.I will let you know how the new one feels compared to the stock but from what I have heard is that it makes a big diffrence.
I have both, just tried a $20.00 Cone filter I picked up at auto part store.I got one a few weeks ago. It's helped with the high rpm hesitation issue, and I can definitely hear the turbo and BOV. My butt doesn't really feel much of a difference power-wise however.
I would say it's worth it if you are restricted to only a drop-in filter...
:wtfsign:I was able to run right up to 130 mph in 4th gear,
:+1: I going with a KN filter. Spectre is a $20 piece of junk. Very restrictive from what I heard.I tried the Spectre from Autozone and could feel a difference performance wise as well as hear the turbo spool and BOV. I then upgraded to the K&N cone filter, It feels exactly the same. But i preferred the name brand I guess.
