Exactly!! I'm really excited. However, I'm rather unimpressed with the fact that the improvement of the Canadian dollar has not been taken into account. I mean the STI is still at an MSRP of close to 50 large here. Ridiculous.Yes, because it is the first time that it is actually available in Canada!

That's what I like to hear.I am looking forward to buying the new Evo X it will be my 1st one. I can't wait to get it out on the autobahn here in Germany I will post a log on the handling. As soon as I drive her off the show room floor.
I'm in just about exactly the same boat as you Parnelli, all be it from a different CountryI am 41 with three kids, so I need the room and safety of the Evo as much as the performance. I am hoping 0-60 will be under 5 sec and a 1/4 mile of 13.0 or less. I know it will handle great, I hope it will have decent ride and NVH too...
Good plan. Wait for them to improve on it a bit, and meanwhile enjoy your current evo.had and 03 VIII gone current is 06 IX and will get the X in middle of 09
Actually, the Evo will outhandle an e30 m3.This will be my first, since again im in Canada. But ive mostly be into Bmw. Still having my Bmw E30 M3. A buddy of mine told me that the evo handles like them but with way more power. From then did my research and fell in love. Can't wait to get it and take to it Mosport and see how she does against my buddies Gallardo lol.
