****JUST WANTED TO START THE BUILD THREAD NEEDS WORK AND IS MISSING SOME INFO WILL WORK ON IT SOME MORE TOMORROW***

Decided to wait until I had a pretty good build going to actually post anything. I love pictures so plenty of pictures. Also listing all the prices I paid, so you can get an idea of how much I have put into this car. I think I got some pretty good deals.

Bought the car in August 2012 out the door $39,200.00

Time to go for the first tune.

Car did ~345/345 on 91 and ~385/385 on e85 tuned by Rallinspired Rick @ RRE
-----$750 with 3 port installed

Image

Decided to install a sideband and boost sensor. Went with the Zeitronix ZT-2 with DashDaq XL Screen
------$900 installed

Ran into an issue with fuel. While driving down the free way the car would hesitate and not want to boost. Checked everything we could with fuel. The pump, the fuel line, the injectors (which I was worried it would be since DW gets a bad rep), checked the fuel pressure and it wasn't holding… Talked to BUSCHUR and they sent me one new pump to swap out the primary. That didn't work… Finally decided to take the fuel strainer off and try it… WHAT DO YOU KNOW…. Stupid sock.

Bad sock on the left. Bought 2 new ones from the auto part store.

Another picture of the sock

Vorshlag camber plates, new rims, some bushings here and there and then either GMG or Robi to get alignment and dialed in. Trying to make the track in MAY.

Will try and build the bottom early next year and add cams then too.

Looking good, nice turbo ;)
Thanks :shades: Trying to live up to the "Great Murlo" build thread lol

Nice man!!!! My pipes are being put to good use! haha
I will take care of your pipes, NO **** :innocent:. Thanks for the great price. GLWS of your car... You could make my life easier and give me them rims!

Looks good man.. I'll be keeping my eye out for your X in SD..
Trying to show up Friday at Qualcomm. If you can make it out.

The 9.5 with +15mm offset is a good choice. In my opinion 9.5 with +22 is ideal but those work. Don't go 10.5 imo, too big. I regret it every time, it looks awesome but it was a lot of work to get right. The 9.5's with 265 tires look just as good and fit better.
