Break up under acceleration

2011 evox car is mainly stock besides CAI and cobb boost controller that the previous owner installed.
It was dying at idle and running rough. I found that while being transported, mice ended up eating the COBB vacuum lines that came with the cobb boost controller. I also found that 2 of the vacuum lines were in the wrong place. Fixed that and car runs much better other than a slight miss at idle and then breaks up under heavy boost.
The only code i can get is the p0300 general misfire code while it sits at idle but nothing specific to any cylinder.

I did notice that the intake VVT angle is -10 to -15 at idle and goes up higher under load.
Any specific issues with these and the vvt solenoid or timing? Has only 40k miles.

Make sure the vvt and cam sensors are connected. You should be seeing about +10 or 15 degrees intake mivec at idle. It won't really change until you go wot or higher load.

Move around the spark plug coil packs to try and find out which cylinder the misfire is coming from.

Make sure the EBCS vacuum lines are connect and aren't leaking. It shouldn't affect anything until you start making boost because our cars arent tuned for that and you would have to select that you have the EBCS to get the OTS tune from cobb.

My guess is try to find the mechanical issue. If you cant find the issue then get a proper tune with a tactrix cable or with the cobb AP if you have that, to eliminate the OTS tune in the car.
