hmm I see! What point do you think a fuel rail is needed

 

What are your mods? Fuel rail is not needed if you're just purely switching to e85 with accompanying parts.

I'm at 510 to the wheels on a mustang dyno, i'm starting to have some stuttering during 3k to 4k rpms. I Think my wideband may be the cause since i'm running at 15.6ish air/fuel if i'm wide open throttle i'm down to likes 11.5s air/fuel

Stout setup. 11.5s is good and safe end. When is your car at 15.6? I hope not at WOT. I would log your car so you can see why its stuttering around 3k-4k.
