Anyone have a how to remove front bumper with pics they can post, or do you know where on is in these forums somewhere?

It's pretty simple really. You have to open the hood, remove the black clips and the cooling plate. There are a few 10mm bolts there as well. Then you remove the clips and 10mm bolt from the fender liner that connects to the front bumper (on both sides). Remove the clips underneath the car that connects to the undertray and that should be it as far as clips and bolts. Then you have to pull on each side of the bumper as there are tabs you can't see that are sometimes a pain to get loose. But give it a good tug or you will be fighting it all day. Should be about it
