When I am at low speeds, in small boost, I have a sound that mimics a police siren [high pitched whistle]....No oil from turbo, UICP seems OK, panel filter housing OK.....any thoughts?

yea, its the turbo picking up revs. Its more audible in the colder months/mornings. I even heard it on my stock setup. Now with my exhaust, I don't hear anything..LOL.

Another thing that sounds like a siren is when you put it in first gear high and let off the gas and push clutch in :) many people have freaked out when im going 30 because it starts high and then goes low haha there like dude do you hear that siren??

I have it too. Only happens on the very first spool after car sits overnight. Was torn between accepting as normal and pulling the intake to check for shaft play... until now at least. glad to know it's ok.
