When I am at low speeds, in small boost, I have a sound that mimics a police siren [high pitched whistle]....No oil from turbo, UICP seems OK, panel filter housing OK.....any thoughts?

HAHAHAA i got myself looking over the mirrors many time because of that.. i just cant remember but i think it was when I was stock.. after i got the intake that noise goes away.. but it is the air i think..
yea, its the turbo picking up revs. Its more audible in the colder months/mornings. I even heard it on my stock setup. Now with my exhaust, I don't hear anything..LOL.
Another thing that sounds like a siren is when you put it in first gear high and let off the gas and push clutch in many people have freaked out when im going 30 because it starts high and then goes low haha there like dude do you hear that siren??
ah forgot about that, hmm it probably would! Nevermind my opinion and haha yea we need to get a meet started! and i did flashlight drags there and did the $10 for 3 laps on main course! was really fun, hopefully next summer ill go alot more
I have it too. Only happens on the very first spool after car sits overnight. Was torn between accepting as normal and pulling the intake to check for shaft play... until now at least. glad to know it's ok.
Normal for cold turbo. Since I got my intake, the sound has gone away.
I have an MR.
