Yeah, check out the post I made above previously - I explain how my plan was to soak the bolts in PB Blaster for 48 hours or so. Extreme, yes, but I was on a tight timeline and couldn't afford to have a bolt seize. In the end a bolt did seize, but it was because a previous installer who shall remain nameless likes to just impact bolts in without manually threading them first! :duh:

I didn't use any PB blast on my FP black build :p Everything went smooth for me

It is always a good idea to have some in handy just incase. I spray mine before I start just to save the hassle of running into issues later

yes a search function would be good there has been alot of write up :p

the garrett guide will be a good start and the workshop manual will be good to look at for tq range.

make sure car is cold, soak it overnite, spray again just before u start taking things apart.

just a suggestion, mark or organize it in yr own way so u will know what is what and where things belongs to when you reinstall yr turbo.

few notes, be careful with 0-rings, oil lines cos they can break easily, hope you have a good selection of tools (breaker bar & angled 14mm wrench is a good start) alot of patience if not buts or bolts could be broken easily, get a buddy to help you out.

SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY ! make sure car is properly jacked & SECURED !

GL on yr install :)

I used my breaker bar on just about every bolt. Now, I don't recommend this for most people, but I know how to do it nice and easy.

There is 1 bolt that goes straight up into the turbo. You can only access it from under the car. It sucks ass.
