You can actually make one yourself. Not a very good diagram, but it should work.
i don't know the first thing about electronics; is that the same thing as http://www.acd-tuning.com/evo-x-ralliart.html (pump testing tool)

how would I go about building the manual box that you showed. is that basically showing two wires in with switches and two wires out depending on what you want to test?

Exactly, you don't really need the MUT III for bleeding. I have the manual bleed box, and I can tell you how it works.

12V to to the motor plug, 4 wires for the AYC plug, 1 for the right, 1 for the left, 1 for the AYC on/off, 1 for the ground. 2 wires for the ACD solenoid (connect to the solenoid directly, it's on top of the
Accumulator. Middle pin is ground)

My bleed box doesn't give 12V on the ACD switch. I have to use the AYC wires to bleed the ACD (Can someone confirm all solenoids are using 12V to activate)

According to the service manual, you need to turn the steering wheel when bleeding the AYC. I am not sure if you need to turn the steering when you are doing it without the MUTIII.

For the left AYC
Gradually rotate the steering wheel at the straight-ahead
position clockwise. Loosen the left side bleeder screw, and
check that the air is bled with fluid.

For the right AYC
Note to turn the steering wheel counterclockwise

For the ACD
From the straight-ahead position, gradually rotate the steering wheel to the right or left. Loosen the bleeder screw,
and check that the air is bled with fluid.
I built a manual box last night and plan on bleeding my pump tonight, can someone clarify if when doing the steering wheel cycles if the car has to be running or not? if running does it need to be in gear? thanks

Was playing around with the new Autel Maxisys scanner on my evo and it looks to have the ability to bleed both the acd and ayc like the Mut3 tool.

No, the car needs to be ON, but not engine running.
