I'm not able to find Castrol Transmax Dual, Mitsu told me it's safe to use it but in Itlay Castrol product line doesn't have it, maybe it's the same oil but sold with another name... Ravenol will be my choice for sure because no other brand are Diaqeueen equivalent. I have a good Mitsu mechanic here, I can keep my warranty using all Motul oil (engine, diffs, brake) I want: I bring it to the dealership and I've got the Mitsu bill for the work done, so I'm very happy.
I think that it won't be a problem at all to bring the Ravenol oil (there is written on it that is equivalent to the diaqueen) in Mitsu to change the OEM under warranty...but I can't go with 8 Audi DSG bottles!

Here is the FORD id numbers:

Hi Fede ,
I think that guys here already know about the Ravenol fluid ,but seems that they don't ship to AUS , Canada or USA (even thou seems quite strange to me , maybe some security issues for shipping..).

I should be able to do my fluid change in a few months from now as I have some major payments this month (3kw PV system on my roof) : I will go for the Castrol Transmax Dual (8L+4L for rinse) and the "Ford"/Getrag filter as in your pictures. :amen:
When you're done let me know ok?

Fede , I will post here for sure...
Thanks for the Ford part number. That could be handy.

Can you please let me know the box size (approx) and the weight of it (filter + box) ?
I'm trying to find it from another source...

thanks for the new goodies fede... however i don't know how much the "ford of europe" part #'s are going to work for us. When I took in the "ford of europe" part # for their DCT fluid here in Canada they could not find anything.

What car are those filters made for?

SST Filter

Hey guys , what if I can manage to ship to some of you a bunch of filters (under some previous order) ???

Let's say that I should be able to get them for about $45-50 then shipping to you at the cost of regular postal service...

Anyone intrested?

:)

For Fede and other EU people :
I can get you the Castrol fluid , if you want... It's slightly more expensive than the Ravenol (even thou I think it's a 100% synthetic oil rather than a semi-synth) and it's the excact same stuff they use in the SSTF-1 "brand"

Hi Subi.convert... I can try to manage a shipping to you , but as you stated , I think it will be not so much convenient at the end. I should be able to get the Castrol Transmax Dual for about 15.5 Euro/liter ...maybe even less.. I'm still not sure
And what if the Customs here or there block it on the way as "dangerous" goods? :wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:

I bought 100L for a bit under 1k. (to share between local X members)

The "sea-worthy" packaging and sea freight cost another 1k to my location.

I wonder how much it could have been via DHL/Fedex...

Im from Brazil and ive been experiencing a really bad time trying to find the SST fluid down here. Its really hard to find even at the dealers!

I called all Mit Dealers around here (im in Rio de Janeiro, one of the largest cities on Brazil, second largest actually, and the most famous) and none has it.

They have "Castrol BOT 341" as OEM oil... Think its fine, but my problem is that i cant buy it and i gotta change it soon, since my car is at 7500 miles.

I have a GSR with SST transmission. Yeah, weird, but thats it. They imported GSRs to Brazil with the SST mod. KYB + Enkei wheels + poor gsr interior compared to MRs.

Price here is $35,00 BRL, which is about $17 USD per liter.

I would like to know why Diaqueen (same thing) is like double the price... No sense...

Thanks in advance, im new to the forums btw.

Welcome to the forums. I as well as others wouldnt mind seeing you put up a build thread possibly involving photos of your car and big brazilian booty.

Love Canada

Hello Amir,

Thanks, and i am aware of that. My issue is that no Dealers here have it.

Im trying to find it... no one has it. Weird...

What filter should i use? I need a reuseable one. SSP seems a good one.

Btw, just got a place here that has the BOT 341. Gonna get 24 liters in a row.
