The last few days, the car's been feeling extra slow. The RPMs seem to rev out slower and it doesn't have that oomph anymore. Any ideas if it's a possible boost leak? I don't hear any new sounds and at idle, the vacuum stays mostly at 19-21.

yeah, several days ago and it's the same gas station i've been using for years. I also fill the car up myself.
As for knock/timing, i guess i'll hook up the AP and log the car. I was thinking of rechecking all my piping. It seems that my AMS intake shifted a tad and the filter is now touching the heatshield.
Honestly it is likely the heat....I know it has been hotter than hell here all week. My butt dyno reads significant gains the one night it was in the uppper 60's versus mid-high 90's during the day.
I had something happen not sure if it is related. During a tuning session there was a setting called something like fuel trim that was at 9% and should have been at 0% Possibly due to NEW parts added (AMS Intake, AMS UICP and an MXP Downpipe), which was keeping the tune from making power. This was clear by resetting the ECU and then things worked out. Hopefully this helps you out as well.
Well i just reset the ECU, swapped out the relays and i didn't see any issues with any lights staying on etc. I took it around the block to see if i could see the difference but i couldnt floor it from a bunch of kids being outside. I'll know later tonight.
OT: Anyone know the diameter t-bolts that i would need for my AMS LICP? I don't think i would need them for the intake.
I reset the ECU, started to eat the current gas in the car, and it seems better than before.
Honestly what i think the problem is, the other day i drove my friend's Eclipse GSX with a 6262 turbo and EWG and that thing hit me hard and made me realize that my car is a slow POS. lol. Besides that, yeah, the car was running slow. I think i may have gotten a crappy batch of gas.
Use your accessport updater and be sure to allow beta updates in the options.
When you go to do the log set your data log list for less items. Once your AP is fully updated set only these items on your log;
RPM
Knock Retard
Rel pressure
WGDC
Load Boost/Fuel
Set only these items becuae having more options will slow down the rate at which it captures information (you will get roughly 4-5 updates per second with those options selected where as your current log is closer to 1 per second)
Do a nice pull in 4th gear from 2000 rpm to 7200 rpm. Find a nice abandoned road and let her rip!
i did a new pull. the ap started to log a tad slow. i thought it started logging when i was at 2800 rpm but it started at 3800. either way here's the results...
so the knock count, 0.35 and 0.70.... that's 1 and 2 counts, right? i had a mini log of like 2k to 3500 and around 3k i'd start to get again 0.35-0.70 knock. should i be worried about 1-2 knocks throughout the powerband?
low load knock correction is pretty normal in our cars, how ever you have a LITTLE bit more than normal (the 0.35-0.7 counts) I don't think it's anything to overly concern yourself with though
Your 3-4 knock at 7900 rpm is the rev limiter causing false knock I think but I'm not an expert on any of this so I don't know. Next time you do a pull don't be scared to start it well ahead of time, the AP can hold ALOT of log data... and also add your relative pressure to the list of things you're logging.
