Where'd you purchase this? I need to upgrade my radiator setup with the new engine.

What about cf interior door panels? Been strongly considering this option especially since I'm gonna drop either the whole stereo or just 2 speakers over the rear wheels placed in that delete panel.

Sparco sella extra pads that you can put on the seat. Not sure if its just for the sides or not however.

Lol I feel you. But anything besides seats/steeringwheel let me know if you take it off.

Now that you took off your A/C I'd put some gauges where the HVAC controls were.

Do you think it would be best to have my A/C taken out while the car is at the shop with the engine out or does it not take more than a couple hours to remove the whole A/C setup?

I really want to take more weight out of the front now that the car has a big heavy turbo kit on it and other things up front that are just adding weight.
^^^(no fogs, jdm crash beam and ssp brackets up front so far to help lose weight) Next will be a radiator which I'm not sure if you've done but that is about 7-8lb's out of the front.

If you gut your interior sell me the plastic pieces so I can switch up my interior lol.

A carbon trunk should be on your list to replace the heavy steel one.

what you also gotta remember is, by removing all that weight from the rear you are really throwing the balance off in the car. The front of the car is heavier (duh...). So thats where you want to remove the most weight, to even out the distribution. Other wise your car could handle worse.

My mechanic was worried about this when we took out the rear seats and did a lightweight battery. No issues yet! If I need to put weight back in the middle a roll bar would cover that and provide chassis strengthening+safety. I might take out the A/C to level things out a bit. Already have done a jdm front crash beam, ssp brackets/catch can. Got volks on the way for lightweight rims.

Nice work chet! How much weight did you save from removing the sound deadening on the firewall? I hate how that crap looks.

BTW an AMS lightweight battery kit will support the SSS sound system.
