He told me tail lights are 100% same, as they are buying from same factory in Taiwan.

Well this sucks for people like me paying a premium for "JDM Parts"

I had a feeling. Thanks for the confirmation! This was also confirmed on one of the Facebook pages recently for anyone else that's curious.

I'm not blaming anyone for this issue. I did my proper research before I bought these and nobody could confirm this at the time. I'm pretty sure Varis came out with these first, then Mars started using the same supplier later on.

Can anyone confirm the fitment on these aftermarket tail lights to the oem? Any gaps or fitment issues noticeable?

Mine fit perfectly to the OEM bumper, gaps tight n even. When I installed my Varis rear bumper different story... But that's the body panel, not the light.
